“We have the power to remember, but we have no power to stop time…”

It is an important educational element for young people to visit the memorial site, a former German concentration camp. The next post-war generations are growing up, and the witnesses of these events are passing away, but the mission related to learning from history and warning expressed in an authentic place are still valid. People and the world are constantly changing, but the values we want to convey during the visit to the Stutthof Museum in Sztutowo are constant and universal. We understand that it is extremely difficult to talk about suffering, longing, pain, separation, and finally death, but The Place and the Memory of the Victims obliges us.

Honoring People and Place, a new educational offer of our museum has been prepared, and we put it at your disposal. We offer educational classes, conducted under the supervision of experienced employees of the Stutthof Museum, which are based on the authenticity of the place, the use of objects and reports related to the profiles and experiences of KL Stutthof prisoners.

We encourage you to explore the educational offer. To arrange and book an available class date, please contact the education department.
