Photographing and filming on the premises of the Museum
Journalistic materials
Photographing and filming on the premises of the Stutthof Museum in Sztutowo need the consent from the Director of the Museum. It is granted through the Museum Spokesman.
Photographing and filming are permitted within the Museum’s functioning tour route. A necessary condition for obtaining a permit is using the produced materials in projects that do not violate the reputation of KL Stutthof victims or the Stutthof Museum.
Fiction and fictionalized films
No permits will be issued to realize fictional and fictionalized productions on the premises of the Stutthof Museum in Sztutowo.
Documentary
Creating materials for documentary films requires the permission of the Museum Director. Consent can be obtained through the Museum Spokesman. The primary prerequisite for obtaining consent to filming is to provide written information specifying the film’s subject and to complete the appropriate application. If this information is not provided, consent to filming will be refused.
Filming from a drone
Stutthof Museum in Sztutowo is located in the border zone and the aviation zone TSA 16E. Therefore, the use of drones and other aircraft must be approved by aviation or military authorities. The person who obtains such consent must contact the Museum Spokesperson to discuss the details of the entire project. The main requirement for receiving consent to filming is to provide written information specifying the film’s subject and to complete the appropriate application. If this information is not provided, consent to filming will be refused.
