Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Article 13, sections 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), please be informed that:
- The Controller of your personal data is the Stutthof Museum in Sztutowo. German Nazi Concentration and Extermination Camp (1939–1945), located at Muzealna 6 str., 82-110 Sztutowo, with the Piaśnica Museum in Wejherowo Branch of the Stutthof Museum in Sztutowo, located at Ofiar Piaśnicy 6 str., 84-200 Wejherowo.
- For matters related to personal data protection, you may contact the Data Protection Officer at inspektor@cbi24.pl.
- The Controller processes your personal data based on applicable legal regulations.
- Your personal data is processed to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent upon the Controller.
- In connection with the processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned in point 4, recipients of your data may include public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes resulting from generally applicable law and concluded agreements.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in point 4, and thereafter for the duration required by generally applicable laws.
- In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- The right to access your data, correct, rectify, limit processing, or transfer your data, as well as, in cases provided by law, the right to delete your data and object to their processing;
- The right to file a complaint if the processing violates the provisions of the aforementioned regulation. Complaints can be submitted to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2 str., 00-193 Warsaw.
- In cases where data processing is based on the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Controller is voluntary.
- When processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
